Shareholder

Virginia L. Price is a Shareholder with Klinedinst PC. She is the founder and Chair of the firm's Transportation Practice Group, overseeing the transportation practice in all four offices throughout California. She concentrates her practice on advising and representing clients in all phases of litigation including trial. She primarily focuses her practice on representing the transportation industry in a variety of litigation matters including catastrophic loss claims, cargo liability, and employment liability. She also counsels her clients on employment decisions, contract negotiation, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. She developed, instituted, and adheres to a 24 hour rapid response protocol ensuring the team’s availability to our clients 24 hours a day 7 days a week for immediate response to accident and catastrophic loss scenes. Virginia has also compiled a team of experts who are at the top of their respective fields, and are available to respond immediately to accident and catastrophic loss scenes.

Virginia has substantial experience with transportation litigation involving a wide array of legal issues, including premises liability, product liability, employment claims, labor law, business litigation and contract claims. She has defended companies, institutions, and individuals up to and through trial, including arbitration, mediation and motion practice in all of the above areas. Virginia demonstrates a high success rate for her clients through trial and motion practice.

Virginia hails from Waynesboro, Virginia, and graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
