Virginia L. Price is a Shareholder with Klinedinst PC, and Chair of the firm's Transportation Practice Group. Since joining the firm, she has concentrated on advising and representing clients in all phases of litigation including trial. She primarily focuses her practice on representing trucking companies and the transportation industry in a variety of litigation matters focusing on catastrophic loss claims and product liability. She developed, instituted, and adheres to a 24 hour rapid response protocol ensuring the team’s availability to our clients 24 hours a day 7 days a week for immediate response to accident and catastrophic loss scenes. Virginia has also compiled a team of experts who are the at the top of their respective fields and are available to respond immediately to accident and catastrophic loss scenes. In addition to transportation-industry litigation, Virginia has substantial experience with litigation involving a wide array of legal issues, including premises liability, product liability, professional negligence, intellectual property, employment, business litigation and contract claims. She has defended companies, institutions, and individuals up to and through trial, including arbitration, mediation and motion practice in all of the above areas. Virginia demonstrates a high success rate for her clients through trial and motion practice. Virginia hails from Waynesboro, Virginia, and graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
