Tim Pomeroy, an Associate in Klinedinst’s San Diego office, works primarily in the firm’s construction and land use departments.  Drawing on a depth of experience in environmental law he actively manages every phase of a complex civil litigation practice  including cases in construction defect, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and insurance litigation.

He began his practice of law with the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 2001, working primarily in the litigation, civil and environmental sections. He would regularly advise commanders on relevant federal and state environmental statutes, as well as ensure compliance at almost two dozen hazardous waste sites. He drafted legal reviews on a diverse range of topics, including environmental policy, and frequently participated in environmental audits.

Originally from Santa Monica, California, Mr. Pomeroy graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1998 with a B.S. in Psychology.  He then attended Pepperdine University, School of Law, in Malibu, California, where he earned both a Masters in Dispute Resolution as well as his Juris Doctorate in 2001.
