Tim Pomeroy, joined Klinedinst’s San Diego office in 2006. Drawing on a depth of experience in environmental and construction law, Tim has handled virtually every aspect of a case from inception through motion work and into trial. Having developed his expertise over the last seven years, Mr. Pomeroy actively manages every phase of a complex civil litigation practice. His experience includes; defending the officer of a drug company through a variety of product liability actions, regularly advising dozens of construction clients, and representing credit unions, banks, and a growing list of creditors seeking to establish their rights in bankruptcy. A California native, Tim was born in Santa Monica, California, He graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1998 with a B.S. in Psychology. He then attended Pepperdine University, School of Law, in Malibu, California, where he earned both a Masters in Dispute Resolution as well as his Juris Doctorate in 2001. He began his practice of law with the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 2001, working primarily in the litigation, civil and environmental sections.
