Susan S. Kohn has extensive experience in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with emphasis in construction defect matters. She handles all aspects of litigation, from overall strategic planning and conducting depositions, to arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Susan also counsels many clients regarding products liability and personal injury issues.

Susan was born in San Diego, California, and attended University of California at San Diego and University of San Diego School of Law. She has practiced law in California since 1995 and became a shareholder in the firm in 2000.
