Negin A. Demehry is a skilled attorney with experience in state and federal courts, class actions, and expertise in several diverse areas of the law. Her extensive litigation experience includes case management from client engagement, case assessment and investigation, settlement negotiation, and trial and appeal work.

Her practice includes business and fraud disputes, construction defect, consumer law, contract negotiation, entertainment law, insurance coverage, intellectual property, labor and employment, and real estate matters.

Ms. Demehry has assisted in and tried to verdict cases involving personal injury, business fraud, and construction defect matters. She further utilizes her diverse experience and business acumen to act as outside general counsel for financial institutions.

Ms. Demehry received her Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the George Mason University School of Law. While in law school, she gained tremendous legal experience through internships with the United States Department of State, the Assistant State Attorney’s Office for the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, and the Trial Office of the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps.  Ms. Demehry also served as an Advocate for her law school's legal clinic, where she represented petitioners pro bono in mental commitment hearings.

A native of the D.C. Metropolitan Region, Ms. Demehry received her B.S. with High Distinction in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University in 2001. After receiving her Bachelor's degree, she worked as a Software Engineer prior to returning to George Mason to pursue her legal career.

As a Software Engineer, Ms. Demehry provided Section 508 (Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act) project expertise for the company and supported government clients on information technology solutions and Section 508 web site compliance. She also developed an online voting tool and assisted in the production of additional collaborative online tools for government agencies. Additionally, she managed client requirements, created user guides, and lead web site and process design and testing.
