Molly L. Zohn is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s San Diego offices, and advises clients with respect to real estate, regulatory compliance, and business matters. She has significant experience in disputes involving SEC, CPUC, Cal/OSHA, and CEQA regulations and she has prevailed in summary judgment and summary adjudication in real estate and commercial disputes. Her experience also includes the representation of clients in significant commercial transactions, including a $1 billion dollar sale of overseas subsidiaries, and various bridge financings and syndications up to $700 million. Ms. Zohn joined Klinedinst from the legal department of San Diego Gas & Electric Company and Sempra Energy. She previously served as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a well-known global law firm. Ms. Zohn graduated magna cum laude from George Mason University School of Law in 2006, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor for the law review and was a member of the Moot Court Board’s National Team. She received her Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
