Maurine P. Travis, a Shareholder in Klinedinst's San Diego office, has a broad range of experience in general commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on environmental, real estate and construction law. She handles all aspects of litigation, from overall strategic planning and conducting depositions, to arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Ms. Travis counsels many clients regarding insurance coverage issues, pre-litigation resolutions and risk management. She handles a variety of Employment/Labor matters, particularly those involving immigration compliance. Ms. Travis has been actively involved in matters concerning California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), hazardous waste cleanup, ground water contamination, soils subsidence, construction defects, and other land-use matters.
