Associate

Mark J. Goldsmith is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst. He had previously worked as a Summer Law Clerk in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst in 2005.

Mark received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, in Lexington, Virginia. In 2003, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.

While attending Washington and Lee, Mark was a member of the Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse legal clinic, and was published in the winter 2004 and spring 2005 editions of the clinic's journal. He also volunteered as a tutor at the Natural Bridge Juvenile Correctional Center in Virginia.

Mark began his legal career as a Judicial Extern for the Los Angeles Superior Court, Downey Courthouse, Division 2.
