Lyndon H. Hong is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Hong has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, with hundreds of favorable resolutions through mediation and arbitration hearings. Prior to joining Klinedinst's Los Angeles law office, Mr. Hong was a senior litigation associate with another Los Angeles law firm. His work there focused on tort litigation involving automobile, common carrier, premises liability, and construction defect matters. An experienced civil litigator, Mr. Hong helps corporate clients resolve their complex business disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. He is adept in the development of cost-effective litigation strategies, utilizing targeted pre-trial discovery, and in appropriate cases, law and motion and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Mr. Hong's pro bono work includes serving as a Volunteer Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court CRASH settlement conference program, a mandatory program designed for Superior Court cases being heard in Glendale and Burbank. Mr. Hong received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1999. While attending New York Law, he served as Staff Editor for NYLS' Media Law & Policy, interned at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and served as President of the Asian American Law Students Association (AALSA).
