Lyndon H. Hong is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Hong has successfully first chaired a variety of trials to verdict, with hundreds of favorable resolutions through mediation and arbitration. As an experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Hong helps corporate, public entity and individual clients resolve their complex disputes quickly with an eye towards the bottom line. Mr. Hong is adept in developing cost-effective litigation strategies, designed to secure results and reach targeted goals developed intimately with the client. Sophisticated clients require sophisticated analysis while striking a balance with simple precision. Clarity of communication in all aspects of litigation, whether it be with client, adversary, judge or jury, is key. Stemming from Mr. Hong’s experience in business litigation, he is well versed in the development of business strategies and fully appreciates cost-efficiency. Mr. Hong serves as general counsel to a wide range of business clients, from international real estate consulting to fashion design and manufacturing. The goal is to navigate a client’s short and long term goals through the various pitfalls associated with business decisions and ensure that all risk contingencies are identified, analyzed and smart choices are made. In addition to Mr. Hong’s focus on private enterprise, he endeavors to assist in the needs of public service. Mr. Hong’s pro bono work includes service as a Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court CRASH settlement conference program, a program designed for the resolution of Superior Court cases through mediation in an effort to promote judicial efficiency and economy.
