Jason T. Yu is an associate in Klinedinst’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Yu has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, and focuses on business litigation, intellectual property disputes, and commercial litigation. Mr. Yu earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in May, 2004. While in law school, Mr. Yu externed for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima of the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Yu was also a member of the Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court team, where he received top four briefs in the Southwestern Region. Mr. Yu was a Senior Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Before attending Loyola Law School, Mr. Yu obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He majored in Psychological Biology with a specialization in Business Adminstration.
