Jason W. Schaff is an associate in the firm's Sacramento law office. Mr. Schaff obtained his Juris Doctor in May 2006 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he graduated “With Distinction.” While in law school, Jason served as Chief Articles Editor for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business and Development Law Journal, research assistant to Professor Ruth Jones, and as a judicial extern to the Honorable William B. Shubb for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. In addition, Jason was a member of the McGeorge Trial Competition Team, where his team took first place at the Texas Young Lawyers Regional Competition. His team continued onto the national finals, where they placed in the top eight of competitors. Jason finished in the top 10% of his class and is a member of the Order of the Coif, the Order of Barristers, and the Traynor Honor Society. Jason is a native of Sacramento, California and received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to attending law school, Jason spent two years working as a claims adjuster for a local insurance company. He currently serves as a coach for the Pacific McGeorge Mock Trial Competition Team.
