Jasmin K. Morad is an associate in Klinedinst’s Los Angeles office. A California native, Ms. Morad joins Klinedinst after spending close to four years in private practice in New York City. Ms. Morad’s current practice lies primarily in business and complex commercial litigation. Much of her experience prior to joining Klinedinst focused on reinsurance disputes involving high-profile claims arising from directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability, automobile residual value losses, environmental/asbestos losses, and surety/financial reinsurance, including the surety, financial, & D&O reinsurance claims stemming from the Enron collapse. She is experienced in handling all aspects of complex commercial litigation and arbitration including discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation. Ms. Morad obtained her Juris Doctor cum laude from Syracuse University in May 2002. While in law school, she worked as a summer associate for a major international law firm in Los Angeles, and served as a judicial extern for the Department of Justice and the Honorable David E. Peebles in the Northern District of New York. Ms. Morad also served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Syracuse Law Review, and as a member of the International Moot Court Team.
