David N. Bregman has spent the better part of his legal career resolving complicated business and construction related disputes. Mr. Bregman represents corporate clients and insurers in a wide array of complex litigation including contractual disputes, real estate matters, and allegations of bad faith. He also has significant experience defending developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation and mold/indoor air quality lawsuits. A shareholder in the firm's San Diego office, David has tried to verdict a number of cases involving personal injury, business fraud, and construction defect matters.
