G. Dale
Britton has been with Klinedinst PC since 1994. During that time, he has built a successful appellate practice based upon his experience and success in handling commercial litigation, trademark infringement claims, professional liability litigation, insurance disputes, product liability defense, and large-scale foodborne illness claims.
As Chair of the firm's Appellate Department, Mr. Britton is called upon to litigate a diverse selection of matters for individual and corporate clients in state and federal court. Mr. Britton has represented clients in several different Districts of the California Court of Appeal and in the California Supreme Court, as well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
A native Texan, Mr. Britton graduated from the University of Virginia, with distinction, in 1991, and the Duke
University School of Law, with honors, in 1994. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1994, and has been a shareholder in the firm since 1999. Mr. Britton has attained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
