G. Dale Britton has been with Klinedinst PC since 1994. During that time, he has built a successful appellate practice based upon his experience and success in handling commercial litigation, trademark infringement claims, professional liability litigation, insurance disputes, product liability defense, and large-scale foodborne illness claims. As Chair of the firm's Appellate Department, Mr. Britton is called upon to litigate a diverse selection of matters for individual and corporate clients in state and federal court. Mr. Britton has represented clients in several different Districts of the California Court of Appeal and in the California Supreme Court, as well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
