Connie M. Anderson is an associate in Klinedinst Los Angeles. Since the inception of her legal career, Ms. Anderson’s practice has been focused on business litigation, complex business litigation, and real estate litigation matters. Ms. Anderson has significant experience handling intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, trademark infringement, and various Lanham Act cases. She also has experience handling a variety of class action matters, including defending several unfair business practices cases brought against one of the nation’s largest retailers of electronic and computer equipment. Ms. Anderson is experienced in all phases of litigation, and has previously been responsible for managing her own caseload. She has made numerous appearances in state and federal court, and has extensive experience in law and motion, including class certification motions, motions for summary judgment, and pre-trial motions. She also has taken and defended numerous depositions, including several expert and technical expert depositions. Ms. Anderson received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2000. She also earned her M.B.A. from the Pepperdine University Grazidio School of Business and Management in 1999, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University in 1996, with a minor in German.
