Associate

Carleigh Gold is an associate in Klinedinst PC’s San Diego office. Ms. Gold has experience in the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on construction-related law.

Ms. Gold handles a wide variety of matters, including construction-related breach of contract disputes, personal injury litigation arising from construction site practices, and multi-million dollar construction defect litigation. Ms. Gold has also represented clients in recovery matters, including foreclosure of mechanic’s lien actions, delay damage claims, and claims against contactor license bonds.

Ms. Gold was raised in San Diego and attended UCLA where she received her bachelor’s degree in political science. Ms. Gold continued on to Golden Gate University School of Law, where she participated in the Honors Lawyering Program. In her free time, Ms. Gold enjoys painting, travel, and hiking. Ms. Gold also is perpetually in search of the best restaurants in Southern California.
