Arthur S. Moreau has extensive experience in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis in business disputes, real estate and construction. He is responsible for managing and directing cases, from case intake through trial and appeal. Mr. Moreau counsels and assists his business clients on a variety of legal issues, from entity formation to contract development, acting in a capacity as outside general counsel, for a number of emerging businesses. Mr. Moreau represents businesses of all sizes, and a wide variety of real estate professionals, including land developers, brokers, appraisers, mortgage lenders, banks and title companies. He also represents a broad spectrum of both residential and commercial construction professionals, including subcontractors, general contractors and developers in litigation and arbitrations. Mr. Moreau was born in Coronado, California. He attended U.C. Santa Barbara, and was a Navy carrier pilot prior to becoming a lawyer. He received both his MBA and his law degree from Pepperdine University. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1993 and in Washington, D.C., since 1996. He has been a shareholder in the firm since 1998.
