Anthony B. Daye represents clients throughout California in employment matters. A native of Orange County, Mr. Daye joined Klinedinst in 2010 after relocating from Sacramento to Southern California. While in Northern California, Mr. Daye was named a Rising Star in the 2009 edition of Northern California Super Lawyers. He has a wide range of experience handling employment and labor issues, and represents clients in cases involving disability discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, contractual employment, wage and hour, trade secret litigation, unfair competition, and corporate raiding. Mr. Daye is an experienced litigator who has handled all aspects of client representation. He is a frequent speaker who previously helped develop bi-monthly seminars on employment topics, and has maintained an on-going blog on labor and employment law. A graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, Mr. Daye worked in the school's Mediation Clinic. He managed dispute mediation at Superior Court of San Francisco Small Claims Division. As part of his role, he also represented employees at Equal Employment Opportunity Commission mediations and Labor Department hearings. Mr. Daye received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where he played as a Defensive End and Linebacker for the USC Trojans. He saw action in the 1999 Sun Bowl, the 2002 Las Vegas Bowl, and the 2003 Orange Bowl. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from USC.
