Andrea F. Oxman is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Klinedinst PC. Ms. Oxman has a wide range of significant litigation experience, including motion practice, all phases of discovery, and settlement negotiations. Ms. Oxman also has considerable experience in class action litigation, including drafting motions, drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, oral argument, attending settlement conferences, managing client communications, and conducting meet and confer sessions with opposing counsel. Before joining the firm, Ms. Oxman worked as a staff attorney who was responsible for multiple ongoing individual administrative and federal cases regarding special education services to students with disabilities and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other antidiscrimination laws. Ms. Oxman received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she was a finalist in the Hale Moot Court Honors Competition and also received the Eleanor Klein Merit Award from the Law Guild of Beverly Hills.
