Our Maritime/Admiralty Practice Group is made up of a collective group of attorneys that provide litigation, transactional and appellate work for maritime, international, corporate clients, insurance carriers and their insureds.

Specifically, Klinedinst represents marine underwriters, air and ocean freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and customhouse brokers. Through our Transportation Practice Group, we also work with NVOCCs, indirect air carriers, intermodal operators, motor carriers, and moving and storage companies/underwriters to provide an end-to-end legal solution.

The services we provide our clients include personal injuries, ship repairs, cargo damage/loss, environmental litigation, spill and pollution incidents, warehousing and storage of shipping contents, off-shore oil operations, shipbuilding, chartering, vessel ownership, and salvage.
