No Word on Travel Reimbursement Regulations

Back in February of 2007, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement sought public comment on proposed regulations regarding travel reimbursement issues under Labor Code section 2802. According to the DLSE website, there has been no publicly announced update on these regulations.
