California Harassment Training Regulations Receive Final Approval

On July 18, 2007, the Office of Administrative Law issued final approval of the Fair Employment and Housing Commission’s proposed sexual harassment training regulations. The regulations became effective August 17, 2007. Providing greater flexibility and guidance for employers, the amended regulations are a welcome improvement to the initial regulations that came out shortly after AB1825 was passed.
