Southern California Super Lawyers® Recognizes Klinedinst Attorneys Jasmin Morad and Jason Yu as Rising Stars in 2012

LOS ANGELES, CA - Klinedinst PC is pleased to announce that Los Angeles attorneys Jasmin K. Morad and Jason T. Yu have been recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers as Rising Stars in 2012.

Every year in Southern California, Super Lawyers assembles its list of Rising Stars, including up-and-comers in the legal field who are either under 40 years of age, or have been practicing law for 10 years or less.

Attorneys are asked to rate their fellow peers who they have seen in action – either as opposing or co-counsel, or through first-hand court room observation. These nominations then go through a rigorous attorney-led research process to compile the Rising Stars. No more than 2.5% of the practicing lawyers in the state are ever named to this list.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Mr. Yu represents large and international corporations and individuals in various aspects of commercial litigation. He has been featured in the Rising Stars publication for the past four years, and was honored this year for his work in Business Litigation.

Ms. Morad is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who co-chairs the firm’s Housing Discrimination Defense and Civil Rights group. Ms. Morad is also very active within the Los Angeles legal community. This is her third year in the Rising Stars publication, and she was featured for her work in Employment Litigation: Defense.
