Klinedinst Welcomes Erik E. Woodbury to the Santa Ana Legal Community

SANTA ANA, CA - Klinedinst PC is pleased to announce the addition of Erik E. Woodbury to the firm's Santa Office legal team. Mr. Woodbury is an experienced attorney with a distinguished track record in multi-district litigation and corporate general counsel.

Prior to joining Klinedinst PC, Mr. Woodbury worked Of Counsel for one of the most respected law firms in the Virgin Islands. There, he handled a diverse range of legal matters for commercial and individual clients in areas including commercial litigation, employment, intellectual property, insurance defense and coverage, real estate, construction, financial services, and general corporate guidance. Mr. Woodbury is also experienced in the areas of complex civil litigation, products and premises liability, and disputes including catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Woodbury has represented a broad spectrum of corporations, large and small, as well as individuals in state and federal courts. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Woodbury has worked to negotiate favorable settlements for clients in more than 75 mediations, and has assisted corporate clients in the structure and completion of numerous commercial transactions.

Mr. Woodbury has also served as general counsel to a wide array of companies, ranging from start-ups to established, national businesses. He has provided guidance on a variety of legal matters including litigation, compliance, regulatory matters, intellectual property, real estate, risk management, corporate governance, and dispute resolution issues.

Mr. Woodbury obtained his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1997, and earned his undergraduate degree at Boston College.
