Employment Attorney William K. Browning Joins Klinedinst as Shareholder

SAN DIEGO - The Shareholders of Klinedinst PC are proud to announce that respected employment attorney William K. Browning of Browning and Associates, APC has officially become Klinedinst's newest Shareholder.

Based out of Klinedinst's San Diego office, Mr. Browning handles a wide array of employment litigation for clients across Southern California. In his 15 years as an employment attorney, he has successfully defended cases alleging wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, and discrimination. He has also defended clients against whistle blower lawsuits, as well as cases alleging violations of wage and hour laws, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), privacy, trade secrets, and unfair competition.

Before joining Klinedinst, Mr. Browning was the principal of Browning and Associates, APC for ten years. Browning and Associates focused on Employment Litigation, Risk Analysis, Business and General Litigation. As part of Mr. Browning's joining the firm, the general operations of Browning and Associates have been merged into Klinedinst as of August 2, 2010.
