Super Lawyers® Recognizes Mark Goldsmith, Jason Yu, and Jasmin Morad as 2010 Rising Stars

LOS ANGELES - Klinedinst PC is pleased to announce that Mark Goldsmith, Jason Yu, and Jasmin Morad were recently named Rising Stars in the Southern California edition of Super Lawyers®. Rising Stars are the very top lawyers who are under 40 years of age, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less.

As part of its annual balloting process, Super Lawyers asks licensed attorneys to vote on the "best of the best" within their area of practice. Submissions are tabulated and scored based on skill and legal acumen. Researchers from Super Lawyers then single out potential Rising Stars based on nominations from attorneys throughout Southern California. Once they pass final disciplinary checks and member-in-good-standing reviews, the attorneys are cleared for publication. Less than 5% of all practicing attorneys ever make it into any of the Super Lawyers¨ publications.
