May 16, 2008 Four Klinedinst San Diego Shareholders Named to Super Lawyers® List SAN DIEGO - Klinedinst PC is pleased to announce that four of its San Diego-based shareholders have been named to the prestigious San Diego Super Lawyers® list for 2008. Produced annually by Law & Politics magazine, the San Diego edition of Super Lawyers highlights the top 5% of attorneys in a variety of practice areas. Super Lawyers' nominations and balloting are only open to other attorneys in the community, enhancing the prestige and value of this award. Now in its second year of publication, San Diego's edition of Super Lawyers was created using surveys from attorneys working in San Diego County. Once nominations are received, nominees are thoroughly screened and vetted by Law & Politics' research team. Researchers also conduct a peer review of all Super Lawyers candidates by practice area, and conduct disciplinary checks and member-in-good-standing reviews before announcing the honorees. John D. Klinedinst, Kurt U. Campbell, and David B. Monks are no strangers to the list. Each was featured in the inaugural edition of San Diego Super Lawyers back in 2007. Mr. Klinedinst was recognized this year for excellence in Business and Corporate Litigation. Mr. Klinedinst, who serves as Chief Executive Officer of the firm, also was recognized for his work in Professional Liability: Defense and Intellectual Property Litigation. Mr. Campbell was recognized this year in two categories: Construction Defense and Real Estate Litigation. Mr. Campbell is co-chair of the firm's Real Estate, Land Use and Construction (RECLU) team, and is very involved in local building and development organizations. Mr. Monks was recognized in the practice of Employment and Labor Litigation. He serves as Chair of the firm's Employment Law department, and is Immediate Past President of the San Diego chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SDSHRM). The list of Klinedinst attorneys selected for Super Lawyers expanded in 2008 to include Heather L. Rosing. Ms. Rosing was selected by her peers for excellence in Professional Liability Defense, Business Litigation, and General Litigation. Ms. Rosing is Chief Financial Officer of the firm, and is also President of the 11,000 member San Diego County Bar Association.
