July 9, 2007 Klinedinst Los Angeles Announces Addition of Lyndon H. Hong LOS ANGELES - Klinedinst Los Angeles is very pleased to announce that Lyndon H. Hong has joined the firm’s business litigation team. Mr. Hong is an experienced trial attorney that handles complex business disputes, casualty litigation, and lawsuits involving intellectual property. Mr. Hong was recently recognized as a Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers. Selected by a panel of top attorneys throughout Southern California, approximately 2.5 percent of the best up-and-coming attorneys in the state make the final list, and is published in the July issue of Los Angeles Magazine. Mr. Hong previously was a senior litigation associate for a respected Los Angeles law firm, where he managed hundreds of favorable resolutions for his clients. Many of his cases focused on tort litigation involving automobile, common carrier, premises liability, and construction disputes. Mr. Hong is an active member of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California, and serves as a Volunteer Settlement Officer (VSO) for the Los Angeles Superior Court. VSO's work as part of the Court's CRASH program, a mandatory settlement conference program that designed for Superior Court cases being heard in Glendale and Burbank. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate, and received the Dean's Award in recognition of his work with AALSA.
