Klinedinst Introduces Summer Law Clerks Class of 2006

SAN DIEGO - Klinedinst PC proudly announces the arrival of eight new Summer Law Clerks. Daniel Agle, Seth Carmack, Stephen Duvernay, Clint Johnson, Christina Kuo, Alanna Pearl, Christopher Sabol, and Matthew Wroblewski come from six different states, and have begun providing legal support to attorneys in all four of the Klinedinst offices.

“Our Summer Law Clerk program has expanded to include a record number of law clerks this year,” noted John D. Klinedinst, CEO of Klinedinst PC. “Our comprehensive Summer Law Clerk program attracts some of the best law students in the country, and this year's program is no exception. We're very excited to welcome the Summer Law Clerk Class of 2006.”

Daniel Agle currently attends J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University and works out of the San Diego office. He is a Merit Scholarship recipient and a member of the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi. In addition to his academic honors, Dan also serves on the Editorial Board of the BYU Law Review, and works as a Lead Note and Comment Editor. He has competed in Trial Advocacy and Moot Court competitions finishing as a semi-finalist after his First Year Moot Court Competition.

Seth Carmack, who joins the Los Angeles office, attends the University of Notre Dame Law School. He received the Partial Academic Fellowship from Notre Dame after he was on the Dean’s List for two years at his undergraduate school, University of California, Los Angeles. As well as excelling in the classroom, Seth also served in the United States Army in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina and Seoul, South Korea. While serving his nation, he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, Military Excellence Award, and Australian and British Airborne Wings with highest honors.

Stephen Duvernay joins Klinedinst’s Sacramento Office. He attends the University of Notre Dame Law School after graduating from University of California, Berkeley where he was a Student Representative for the Associated Students University of California, Office of External Affairs. Stephen is actively involved with the Student Bar Association, Black Law Students Association, International Human Rights Society, and Moot Court.

Clint Johnson, who works out of the Los Angeles office, attends Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. Clint is a member of the Washington University Quarterly Law Review and also participates in the St. Louis Family Law Mentorship Program. In addition to being  on the Dean’s List, he is was also a semi-finalist in the Client Counseling Competition.

Christina Kuo, who joins the Los Angeles office, currently attends Washington and Lee University School of Law after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley. Christina is the recipient of the John and Cindy Klinedinst Honor Scholarship at Washington and Lee. She is extremely active at law school where she is the Fundraising Chair and Secretary for the American Constitutional Society, Treasurer for Toastmasters, and the Alumni Relations Chair for the International Property and Technological Society.

Alanna Pearl works in the San Diego office where she attends the University of San Diego Law School. Alanna competes on the school’s national Moot Court team, ranks in the top 3% of her class, and receives a full Academic Scholarship. At the University of Maryland, College Park, she graduated cum laude while receiving the Dean’s Award and the President’s Scholarship while also a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.

Cristopher Sabol, who joins the Los Angeles office, is pursuing his J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he is the president of the Student International Law Society, served as a Media Liaison for the Vice-Presidential Debate at Case, and receives the Case Western Reserve Scholarship. Cris obtained his B.A. in International studies from the University of South Florida, a German Language Certificate from Technische Universitat Darmstadt, and a B.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.

Matthew Wroblewski joins the San Diego office and currently attends the University of California, Davis School of Law. He is a member of the Moot Court, Trial Practice Boards, the Business Law Journal, and an active participant of the Sacramento Employment Law Clinic. Matt is also a top-ten appellate advocate and will compete in the Traynor Moot Court Competition next Spring. He earned a B.A. in history with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his M.A. in history at San Diego State University.
