Klinedinst PC Welcomes Attorney Robert J. Hatem

LOS ANGELES - KLINEDINST PC is pleased to announce that Robert J. Hatem has joined the law firm as an associate.

Mr. Hatem comes to the firm with a wealth of experience in several practice areas, including construction, products liability, and premises liability. Mr. Hatem has also litigated multi-million dollar class action lawsuits, as well as complex environmental and asbestos claims.

“Robert is a skilled litigator who can produce results,” noted John D. Klinedinst, CEO of Klinedinst PC. “When it comes to complex civil and class action lawsuits, the stakes are incredibly high. His experience defending clients, especially in high-pressure situations, will be a tremendous asset to the firm.”

Mr. Hatem has worked in San Diego since 1997, and worked briefly in the firm’s San Diego offices. However, as part of his new position, Mr. Hatem is relocating to join Klinedinst Los Angeles. A native of the area, he joins a growing contingent of corporate, employment, and entertainment attorneys currently based in the firm's Los Angeles offices.

“Robert takes the time to understand the needs of each client, developing case strategy and communicating with our clients every step of the way," added Klinedinst. Mr. Hatem earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and has been a member of the California State Bar since 1996. During law school, he interned at Region 21 of the National Labor Relations Board, and graduated with Dean's List Honors. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, and has worked as a volunteer with the San Diego District Attorney's Victim/Witness Assistance Program.
