December 13, 2005 Klinedinst Los Angeles Welcomes Scott O. Luskin LOS ANGELES - Having been officially sworn in as one of California’s newest attorneys, KLINEDINST PC is pleased to announce that Scott O. Luskin has joined Klinedinst Los Angeles as an associate. Mr. Luskin received his J.D. cum laude from Boston University School of Law. While attending law school, Luskin was recognized for his academic achievement. In 2005, he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Wills, Trusts and Estates. In between studies, Scott found time to serve on staff and as a Note Editor for the American Journal of Law & Medicine. Mr. Luskin is no stranger to the legal profession, having worked with Professor Frances H. Miller researching various health law matters. Scott also worked as a Law Clerk at several firms in the Chicago area, assisting other litigators on insurance defense, pharmacy and health law, and complex litigation matters. “Scott is a welcome addition to our growing Los Angeles office,” said John D. Klinedinst, CEO of Klinedinst PC. “His academic skill, his law school honors, and his hands-on experience in the legal field make him a perfect complement to the Los Angeles team.
