Heather L. Rosing Featured on KPBS These Days

SAN DIEGO - Heather L. Rosing, a shareholder in the San Diego office of Klinedinst, was featured on KPBS' These Days.

The broadcast featuring Ms. Rosing originally aired on Thursday, September 22, 2005. The program segment focused on a recent survey that discovered 67 percent of Californians have a positive opinion of the California justice system. While the results were encouraging, many have recognized the need for more work to be done. Ms. Rosing joined one other guest to discuss the difficulties and challenges litigants face when accessing the state's court system.
