Ernest L. Weiss Joins Klinedinst Santa Ana

SANTA ANA - KLINEDINST PC is pleased to welcome Ernest L. Weiss as a senior associate in the firm's Orange County office.

With over 22 years of experience, Mr. Weiss has handled a wide array of commercial litigation including product liability, elder abuse, healthcare, professional liability, construction and toxic tort, and environmental litigation. He has also litigated governmental entity and commercial transportation cases, including high exposure personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits.

Mr. Weiss has significant experience both inside and outside the courtroom. Mr. Weiss has successfully conducted a total of 16 jury trials to verdict throughout Southern and Northern California. "Ernest's experience in the courtroom, combined with his proven skill as a litigator, will be a tremendous asset to our clients," added Klinedinst.

Ernest has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his legal ability and ethical standards. A graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of Pacific, Weiss graduated with his J.D. in 1983. He was admitted to the California Bar that same year. Before that, he received his B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University.
