Heather L. Rosing Named to San Diego Metropolitan's "40 Under Forty" List

SAN DIEGO - San Diego Metropolitan has named Heather L. Rosing, Klinedinst Shareholder, to its 2004 "40 Under Forty" list. The award was presented at a special luncheon today held by the magazine.

The annual "40 Under Forty" list features San Diego movers and shakers who are making a difference in the San Diego business landscape and community. Recognized as a distinct honor, "40 Under Forty" merits a large section in the magazine's September 2004 issue.

"Heather's accomplishments are being noticed in the San Diego legal community," noted John D. Klinedinst, CEO and Founder of Klinedinst PC. "Her involvement in the San Diego County Bar Association, as well as her work with numerous legal and community groups, has been an inspiration to many."

In addition to her work in the community, Rosing's litigation skills have earned her the respect of her clients and other attorneys. Rosing joined the firm in 1996 after her graduation from Northwestern University School of Law, and was made a shareholder in 2002. Because of her knowledge and experience in areas of legal ethics and professional conduct, she was also named Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of her firm in 2004.

A respected speaker and writer, Rosing has spoken to dozens of groups, and written many articles, on ethics, professional liability, and risk management. She also serves on the board of directors of the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program, and the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy. Rosing is a Regional Director for the Northwestern University Alumni Association. She additionally serves as a member and volunteer with numerous other organizations that promote legal ethics, professional development, community involvement and service, and environmental causes.
