Rosing Elected to Serve on the SDCBA Board of Directors 2003

SAN DIEGO, CA - Heather Rosing, a shareholder at KLINEDINST PC, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA). Rosing was one of five new directors sworn-in at the Bar's annual Stepping Up to the Bar holiday gala at the Bar Center. A 16-member Board of Directors governs the SDCBA. Elections are held each November. Each board member serves a three-year term. With over 7,500 members, the SDCBA is the region's oldest and largest law-related organization.

"I'm very honored to have been elected by my colleagues," Rosing said. Rosing has litigated hundreds of professional liability cases, representing lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, insurance agents, psychologists, and other professionals. She is the co-chair of Klinedinst's Professional Liability Group, and the recipient of Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating. Rosing is also secretary of the Legal Ethics Committee of the SDCBA, and frequently writes in the area of ethics.
