Klinedinst welcomes the return of firm shareholder Arthur S. Moreau, III.

Art will be rejoining the firm's Construction, Environmental, and Real Estate departments where he has extensive experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters. He represents and counsels a wide variety of subcontractors, general contractors and developers in the proper handling and evaluation of associated claims for contractual obligations and indemnity. Additionally, Art represents subcontractors, general contractors and developers at numerous mediations. He has been involved in the drafting of various pleadings, including motions, oppositions and replies for motions.

Born in Coronado, California, Art received his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara, before earning his M.B.A. and Juris Doctorate at Pepperdine University. Additionally, Art earned his Diplome Superierur des Estudes Francais from the University of Grenoble in France in 1978 and served with the United States Navy for 10 years achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In June 2000, Art became Of Counsel at Klinedinst while working as the Executive Vice President for Bergheer California, Incorporated in Newport Beach, California. He was the project manager for a $16 million, 35 residential home project in Palm Springs, California and managed the land acquisition, land planning, and financial analyses.

Art is also actively involved with the San Diego County Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Associated General Contractors, and the Building Industry Association.
