Klinedinst Welcomes New Attorneys Neil Gunny and John Calvagna

LOS ANGELES, CA - KLINEDINST PC has added experienced litigators Neil Gunny and John Calvagna to its new Los Angeles office. Neil joins Klinedinst as a shareholder, and John as a senior associate.

Neil joins Klinedinst's long roster of experienced trial lawyers. In 25 years of civil litigation practice, his successful trial experience has covered a range of fields from medical malpractice to premises liability and real estate fraud. However, in the past nine years, Neil's practice has focused exclusively upon the defense of real
estate professionals, accountants, corporate directors and non-profit corporations. He has multiple published appellate decisions in the areas of real estate fraud and homeowner association law.

He received his B.A. from UCLA in 1973 before earning his J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1977, where he graduated at the top of his class. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a former director of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and has earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest
rating. Before joining Klinedinst, Neil was with Hagenbaugh and Murphy, then later Chapin Shea McNitt and Carter.

John Calvagna is an experienced litigator, litigating professional liability, employment and labor, and corporate disputes. He represents real estate professionals, accountants, tax and investment professionals, homeowner associations, and non-profit organizations. Additionally, John has significant bankruptcy litigation experience representing creditors, debtors and trustees.

Prior to joining Klinedinst, John was a senior associate attorney with Chapin, Shea, McNitt & Carter in Los Angeles, where he managed all aspects of his cases, strategic and tactical. John received his B.A. at California State University, Fullerton in 1991. He received
his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1995.
