Klinedinst’s Employment Law attorneys frequently present our two hour sexual harassment training and prevention workshop, designed to help managers and supervisors meet state-mandated A.B. 1825 requirements.

With the passage of A.B. 1825, California law requires at least two hours of supervisor training on sexual harassment prevention for companies with 50 or more employees. A.B. 1825 also requires individuals that were hired or promoted to supervisor at these companies to receive this training within 6 months of their start date.

Klinedinst's two-hour workshops are designed to be fast, efficient ways for busy professionals to satisfy their AB1825 requirements. The workshops are ideal for all new supervisors, as well as those that didn’t complete their previous year's training. Your registration will include lunch, parking, a Certificate of Attendance, and written materials on current employment issues.
