General Litigator - San Diego Office

Klinedinst is seeking bright, energetic attorneys to join the dynamic team in our SD office.

Applicants must be active CA State Bar members with complex litigation experience. Trial experience a plus. High initiative, strong analytical ability, work ethic, and intensity are necessary. Must have ability to independently manage large, sophisticated cases. Team orientation and communication skills are a must. Leadership and personnel management skills a plus.

With the assistance of our fantastic attorneys and great staff, you will have daily contact with clients, make strategic and tactical decisions about case handling, and assume as much responsibility as you can handle. This isn't the job where you'll be in the library writing memos every day. We hire long-term, so we're looking for someone who will be a great lawyer, teammate, and business partner.

Other qualifications:

• Current Member of the California State Bar
  
• Experience in Trial Work
  
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  
• Two to Five Years Civil Litigation Experience
