Litigation Associate

Klinedinst is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and focused attorney to join the dynamic team in our Los Angeles law office.

Qualifications:

• Active CA State Bar member with 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Ability to litigate sophisticated cases
  
• Ability to draft complex motions, take and defend depositions, and manage cases throughout all stages of litigation and in preparation for trial
• Ability to efficiently assess cases for settlement and trial
• Strong analytical abilities
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
