KLINEDINST will become the premier firm in California. It will continue to grow and diversify by providing the most cost-effective, result-oriented, highest quality legal services available. Klinedinst will grow to 100 attorneys over the next 10 years and to 60 attorneys by 2007.

Klinedinst will be comprised only of exceptional lawyers. It will fulfill this goal by seeking law students throughout the country who are honest, ambitious, aggressive, hardworking, inner-motivated, and career-oriented team players who are willing to commit to Klinedinst and its clients. These attorneys will be capable of analyzing complex legal issues accurately and efficiently, and will confidently and competently represent our clients. They will be flexible enough to adapt to emerging areas of law which may affect our clients, while aggressive and ambitious enough to become experts in those fields. They will be superior attorneys, who thrive on the prospect of building California’s pre-eminent firm. In order to serve the firm’s clients effectively and efficiently, Klinedinst will commit substantial resources to acquire and maintain the most up-to-date, but efficient capabilities, including a local area network (LAN) computer system with progressive technological research capabilities. Integral to Klinedinst’s growth is the commitment that it maintain a reputation for the highest ethical practices, professional integrity and civility. All Klinedinst attorneys will maintain that reputation, both within the legal community and the community at large.

Klinedinst attorneys and staff shall work together as a team to meet its needs and those of its clients. Klinedinst will promote a work environment in which attorneys and staff can progress together, assume additional responsibilities as merited, and achieve their individual goals.

Klinedinst’s goals are ambitious, but realizable. Klinedinst is achieving these goals now and will continue to do so because it resolves problems for its clients as quickly and efficiently as possible. Klinedinst employs foresight and the ability to successfully eliminate disputes through innovative, practical, and ethical means.

There are many competitors in law, but no true competitor in the way we operate. The key to long term success is the fostering of our people, each of whom operates as part of a team, unwaveringly committed to understanding and advancing the interests of clients in today’s fluid and rapidly changing business environment. The firm exists to provide the best quality legal service to our clients. Our goal is to achieve 100 percent client satisfaction. If ever a client is not satisfied, every member of the firm will take whatever action is necessary to correct the situation as soon as possible.


Communication

Communication has a fundamental role in achieving our goals. Each member of the firm has a duty to our clients and ourselves to communicate in a clear, direct and timely manner. The firm maintains an "open-door policy." Employees should address issues in the most direct manner possible. Employee suggestions are expected and encouraged. Any issue or policy is open for discussion and input from every member of the firm.

Teamwork

Through teamwork, we can achieve more as a group than we could as individuals. Teamwork strengthens our organization and allows us to overcome even greater challenges. Teamwork requires clear communication between all members of the team.
